govern your access to and use of the AwaasGarh website, services, applications, communication channels, and related offerings.
By accessing, browsing, registering, submitting information, purchasing services, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
AwaasGarh is a rental property information and matching platform operating primarily in Chhattisgarh, including but not limited to Bilaspur, Raipur, Bhilai, Durg, and surrounding areas. The Platform allows: • Property owners to share rental property information. • Prospective tenants to access rental property information and matching services. • Users to communicate regarding rental accommodation opportunities. AwaasGarh operates as a Proprietorship owned by Draupati Dewangan.
AwaasGarh provides property information, listing, and rental matching related services. AwaasGarh does not: • Own listed properties. • Act as landlord. • Act as tenant. • Guarantee successful rental transactions. • Guarantee property availability. • Guarantee property condition. • Guarantee property ownership authenticity. • Guarantee tenant suitability. The Platform acts only as an information-sharing and rental matching service.
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
• Information submitted by you is accurate and lawful.
• You will not use the Platform for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes.
Property owners may submit rental property details through forms, WhatsApp, phone calls, email, website forms, or other approved methods. Property owners agree that: • Submitted information is accurate and truthful. • They have the authority to share the property information. • They will inform AwaasGarh if the property becomes unavailable, rented out, withdrawn, or modified. • They will not knowingly provide misleading or false information. AwaasGarh reserves the right to reject, modify, suspend, or remove any listing without prior notice.
AwaasGarh may offer: • Free Listings • Basic Listings • Premium Listings • Featured Listings • Promotional Listings Features, pricing, visibility, and benefits may be modified at any time without prior notice. Availability of free listing services does not create any obligation for AwaasGarh to continue such services indefinitely.
AwaasGarh may provide rental property options, recommendations, matching services, information access, or related assistance to prospective tenants. Service fees may vary based on service type, package, city, availability, and business requirements. Examples may include: • ₹500 Service Package • ₹1000 Service Package Pricing may change without prior notice. Payment of service fees does not guarantee: • Property availability • Rental approval • Successful tenancy • Desired location availability • Desired budget availability • Desired property availability
Property availability may change at any time. Properties may become: • Occupied • Rented Out • Withdrawn • Temporarily Unavailable • Incorrectly Listed • Unreachable AwaasGarh shall not be responsible for changes in availability after information is provided.
Where applicable, AwaasGarh may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement property options. Replacement options are not guaranteed and depend upon: • Availability • Area • Budget • Property type • Market conditions The decision to provide replacement options shall remain solely with AwaasGarh.
All service fees paid to AwaasGarh are generally non-refundable. Users acknowledge that service fees are charged for information access, matching efforts, data processing, administrative work, and related services. Refunds shall not be provided merely because: • A property was unavailable. • A user changed their mind. • A rental agreement was not completed. • A user found another property. • A landlord declined the tenant. In certain cases, AwaasGarh may offer replacement property options instead of refunds. Any exception shall remain entirely at AwaasGarh’s discretion.
Users are responsible for independently verifying: • Property condition • Ownership • Rent amount • Security deposit • Rental agreement • Documentation • Local rules • Legal compliance Users should exercise their own judgment before entering any rental transaction.
Information provided through the Platform is for informational purposes only. AwaasGarh does not provide: • Legal advice • Financial advice • Property valuation advice • Investment advice Users should consult appropriate professionals when required.
By submitting information, contacting us, registering, or using our services, users consent to receive communications through: • Phone Calls • SMS • WhatsApp • RCS Messages • Email • Notifications Users may receive service-related, promotional, transactional, and informational communications.
All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, branding elements, and website materials belong to AwaasGarh unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwaasGarh shall not be liable for: • Rental disputes • Property disputes • Ownership disputes • Fraud by third parties • Property condition issues • Financial losses • Business losses • Indirect damages • Consequential damages Users use the Platform entirely at their own discretion and risk.
AwaasGarh services are provided for a limited support period. Unless otherwise specified, the service validity period shall be fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of purchase of the applicable service package. Users are advised to utilize the service within the validity period. Upon expiry of the support period, the service shall be deemed completed and no further support, replacement requests, assistance, or service obligations shall be applicable.
Replacement property options may only be available for eligible service packages as determined by AwaasGarh. Currently, replacement benefits are available only for service packages priced at ₹1000 or above. Packages priced below ₹1000 are not eligible for replacement property options. AwaasGarh reserves the right to modify replacement eligibility criteria at any time.
Any replacement request must be submitted within three (3) calendar days from the date on which property information was shared with the user. Requests submitted after the expiry of the three-day period shall not be eligible for replacement consideration. Failure to report issues within the prescribed period shall constitute acceptance of the information provided.
AwaasGarh may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user, listing, account, or service at any time without prior notice.
AwaasGarh reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the Website. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
